ASKING FOR HELP !!
TERRY WANTS HELP
(Ed. Note:
Once in a rare while we get a request from an experiencer wishing to use
his/her actual name and email to gather information.
This is one such story.)
Hi there,
I guess in a way it was too
long ago to ask but at the time there was no Internet and we didn’t know whom
to ask anyway. The comments we
received were “and how much had you had to drink?” so we said no more about
it to anyone else.
I actually worked for the
Ministry of Defense as a design engineer so I was not an idiot.
I think it was around July 1983 about 19:30 the sky became very dark
which attracted my attention, while I was sitting and watching the television.
I opened the door and looked up at the object above, which I guess a few
hundred feet because it covered the sky. That was all we could see.
To my knowledge only one other person saw it, yet people were in their
gardens at the time, none of them heard or saw anything.
After it had gone we
realized there was no sound at all from either the craft or the people in the
gardens. As it disappeared in the
distance peoples’ noises then resumed and dogs started barking, etc.
It was many years later when talking to a friend UFO researcher in the
The sighting was in
Thanks for the reply. The
object was completely silent and was about two hundred feet up, but the craft
covered the sky it was massive! I
look forward to maybe hearing from your friends, there is a group over here that
would like me to have a regression as there have been other instances where both
my wife and I saw them but people only feet away setting up camp didn’t see
anything when talking to them the following morning.
Thanks again and kind regards, Terry
We really think the date was July of 1983 and the location was at 10
Hedge Place Road Horns cross Greenhithe KENT, U K I.
We moved not long after the incident but still returned on a monthly
basis to visit the pub and friends. A
friend of mine said he had an email from someone when he put it on a news group
but lost the email address, but the lad said he grandfather always spoke about
it until he died. That is all I ever
got apart from a rep that went into our local pub some six months later when
passing through and mentioned it to the landlord who until then doubted what we
had said. When I mentioned to David
Boyle why did no one locally see it, he said because you were meant to see it.
Kind regards and thanks again for any help.
Terry
